There is a democratic-malfeasance matter that needs to be made available to the general public in Britain but is being partly-blocked by either the Lords-of-the-Blog or by their Hansard Society administrators:

my first submission was initially 'blocked' from publication under Baroness Deech's topic "The cost of hacking", so I sent in a serious integrally-second submission raising other issues that might need putting before the Democratic Public too;

but it too was blocked; meanwhile my original first submission had been allowed by Baroness Deech;

but the problem now is that not only my integrally-second submission still needs to be published and dealt with, but now so does the faulty email from the suppressing .lotb moderator who is also a British Research and Project Manager for Citizenship Education;

so it will probably be necessary to show this train of communications here, and on the other non-profit democratic citizens website www.lifefresh.co.uk .

our Future vis a vis being in or retreating out of the EU:

Whilst I think, and have long been saying and reasoning, that not just Lord Soley nor all Politicians and Governance workers including the Judiciary and Civil-Service, but effectively all of Us, have been falling dangerously far behind the changing Purpose of human-civilisation and of Earth’s Lifesupports thereto-

– so it is difficult for me to say “Lord Soley has got something right here” -

namely that within a European-Union (note perhaps, and thereby within a Currency Sino-European, and a North-Atlantic Defence, ‘bloc’ also)

now-little Britain stands a much better chance of both economic and militarily-political survival and thrival,

i.e. than we would stand by withdrawing from the EU and in a real sense thereby ‘retreating-in-disorder’ behind a lone Sterling and a not-too-robustly-healthy-and-numbers-strong Nation and NationStates) struggling ‘Identity’.

So I ask:

Why can Britain not face-up-to the state-of-the-planet ?

and perhaps be the first to re-write an Order, of both Purpose and civilisational-sustainworthiness,

and in any event make haste to save ourselves by creating the first small-communities living sustainworthily ?

other nations’ are probably already trying to ‘pioneer’ such communities, so we shall be not only within a sub-consortium of nations, in the EU and so forth, but within the paradigm-updating United Nations, of the whole world ?

And thereby we shall be showing real and positively-co-constructive world-leadership and transparent-example, not merely towards the survival of the whole World’s Lifesupports, but majorly towards the longest-possible-term thrival of the Human Race and of we British People therewithin ?

This 'Rape' matter, although complexly huge, exists within what I would identify as a much more serious and insidious Overarch and Undercurrent of "Life-Negating-Enforcements".

I speak of the "enforcement" upon people, by World, Nation-State, and Local Governments, under the guise of "health services", "education", "economics", "religion", "market sovereignty", "checks and balances", "social services & supports", "the social contract", "financial guarantees" (e.g. the direct-debit guarantee whereby principal parties can 'variably' rip you off to their hearts content),

but also by "everyone-can-win pyramids" and "golden balls & scratch-its 'competitions'";

of life-negating exploitations, manipulations, and unwinnable-competitions.

Shark-like, at best fox-like, they all propagate abuses, comparable to different kinds of 'rape'.

Since my personally suffered instance takes up over 500 words, I do not attempt to detail it,

but suffice it to give a condensation here;

Condensation:

(1) GPs now instruct the patient that

(a) The GPs’ Remit only allows them to prescribe a medication, or refer to you a psychiatrist (or

other specialist).

(b) GPs can not refer you to, nor recommend, nor recognise, such services as Holistic-Health,

Alternative-Therapy, or Complementary-Medicine;

(d) Neither can the GP read your letters-of-self-report;

nor take any notice of any health-improvement or impairment-remediation or management source

you quote or refer-to.

(e) The GP patient-interview will be reduced from 15 minutes to 10 minutes.

(2) The NHS Psychological Support Service has never actually been such: it has always been and will ever remain solely a psychiatric imposition, even upon those who do not need psychiatry and have no ‘mental-illness’; and thus has no remit to be positivising nor to use or recommend any of a long list of proven remedial, educational, and self-help advances and non-pharmacological, non-invasive, non-neutralising, and non- negativising, advances and methods.

(3) Nevertheless, both GP-medical and Psychiatric-staff are empowered to make false-claims for expertises they can not actually deliver, neither to the individual as a person nor as a patient;

and are empowered to discharge you or remove help from you regardless of your needs and regardless

of your wishes.

The above is just one instance of Life-Negating-Enforcements;

of which Rape is one seriously misunderstood and evil branch,

and towards which the “Corrective” and “Educational” services are as badly misnamed as “Shot-in-back-by-Own-Troops” is officially badly misnamed as “Friendly-Fire”.

so I might just as well go on and be hanged as a sheep as as a lamb -

but not in that individual-case of my childhood abuse, nor of genital-rape upon a girl or woman:

There is another kind of "rape", on a much grander and ultimately-evil scale.

One that I am currently having to struggle through, with every remaining function of my mind, heart, body and spirit*, is the National Health Service's broken-promise to me, extending from mid-2004 to mid-2011, to provide me with non-psychiatric, non-pharmacological, monthly-monitoring of, and healthy-support for, my holistic-health.

(Note please that years previously, since one wrong GP and a series of wrong psychiatric diagnoses beginning in December 1954, I had been being iatrogenicly and insidiously brain-damaged and holistically-impaired, effectively by all of our major British "expertises", from the BMA and NHS through the Governmental, Education, "Private" and Community sectors, to the Religious and the Complementary-Therapy services: more than once under the Governmental and Medical sectors those abuses and neglects would have killed-me-off, had it not been for two or three ordinary folk who rescued me in time).

.* NB please that I am now getting no life-enablement, Earth-citizenship-educational, nor 'individual-human-development' support; whilst I am eternally thankful for the £300 per week in the total Welfare and Disability entitlements, and these seemed to be sufficient for me whilst I believed the various World, European and UK services to be both well-designed and sustainworthily-affordable, I am suddenly faced with the necessity of finding 'private-sector' therapists, educators, and like-minded companions at costs that might throw me down below the poverty-subsistence line.

Even my GP Surgery senior-partner, whilst agreeing that "there has never been a national 'health' service, only a (highly-successful) 'epidemics, illnesses, medications, psychiatric, and hospitalisations sector'; and never an Alternative therapies referral service; nor is the NHS claim to provide "preventive-medicine" either a fact or a clear-minded claim - 'prevention' meaning doing something to increase health so that medicine becomes un-necessary" -

GPs are under a Remit (presumably imposed by both the Governmental-NHS and the Medical-Unionistic-BMA) that limits their powers to offering me medication or psychiatry;

but alternative, complementary, and educational services can neither be recommended nor recognised (by GPs, under the NHS).

Which would pose as an explanation as to why the NHS holistic health support promised to me by the MHSOP in 2004 as "non-psychiatric, non-pharmacological, practical-living-psychological support" would never meet my repeated request for a recommended self-help publication and only once attempted such by sending me to the Municipal library for their list of "NHS Recommended Publications" which turned out to be more than 3 years out-of-date and to contain nothing but titles such as Diabetes and its Management; How to Deal With Constipation (which incidentally makes no mention of one of the best remedies for constipation namely 'better dynamic whole-of-body movement and posturing', presumably because the latter excellent self-re-educational method comes from the pages of Alternative sector books such as "Pelvic Power: mind/body exercises for strength, flexibility, posture, and balance for men and women" (Eric Franklin page xiii lines 10-11: "A tight pelvic floor leads to constipation and rigidity of the spine and legs.")

The GP is also reducing the previous 15 minutes per patient to 10 minutes.

Even if s/he wanted to (which its seems curtly evident s/she does not want to do) the GP has no remit to refer you to holistic, complementary, or alternative health, education or remediation services.

So, because I have begun to find such alternative and holistic health, education, and remediation services effective for not only helping me to live with my disabilities and impairments, but for actually reversing some of them, and placing me within reach of some end-of-life positive individual-human-development; a new re-arrangement within the NHS support service for older people has resulted in their reaction against the successful alternatives I am paying cash for, and their monolithic newly qualified "Community Psychiatric Nurse and Individual Existential Psychiatry Therapist" instructing me that I had always been a psychiatric-patient and unless I remained as such all help would be removed from me (namely all the non-positivising, health-building-refusing, individual-human-development suppressing, it has been doing for seven years upon me, under the false-pretence it is "non-psychiatric and non-pharmacological psychological-health support"..

So, no thanks to the Government, the NHS, the BMA, the Judiciary, the Civil Service, the 'Private' Sector, the Education sector, the Media, Housing Associations, NGOs, nor Neighbourhoods;

But even the Alternative & Complementary Health sub-sector is not very proactively and inter-referrably up-front and affordable; one has to find it and test it out for oneself; and although it is then effective, whereas the NHS is not only not effective but more negativising than positivising, and much more costly than the Alternative, there is neither recognition of that Alternative success nor a redirection of funds from the NHS into that Successful Alternative Channel; so the poor patient still has to pay the taxes to support the NHS but gets no benefit therefrom, and has instead to dig deep into 'own pocket' to keep going with the beneficial Alternatives.

In some very real and life-threatening sense, the above health and individual-human-development neglects and wrong-governance, wrong-economic, and wrong-educational habits have come insidiously to "feel right";

whereas they contain shamelessly legalised and profitable-for-a-few-only Life-Negating-Enforcements, of which various sorts and degrees of "Rape" are an outstanding instance;

We notice that our 5-steps version of the Friendly win-win-win Method III Cooperative Problem Solving has disppeared from these pages;

Five Step Method III, for Friendly ‘Win-Win-Win’ Cooperative Problem-Solving and for Needs & Hows Recognition.

Introduction: Read through every part of the following lines before attempting to judge or even to think about this methodology: you will see why the guidelines are of primary and 'deal-breaking' necessity - the method is both voluntary and participatorily cooperative, win-win-win not like the alternative authoritarian legal-processes which are directive, competitive and win-lose.

Guidance #1 (Rule): No-one comes with any competitive advantage: each comes 'empty-handed'.

Each participates equally, with patience, non-competively, non-invasively, non-leadingly, non-pushily, non-manipulatively.

There will be many 'rounds', allowing every-one equal time and whiteboard-space.

Each step needs to have advocacy rounds, representing those not present in the meeting.

The penultimate round should probably be preset to be the 'final revision' round allowing questions and suggestions for improvement or better clarity and for confirmation, before moving on to the next step, and ultimately to the closing of the meeting.

Guidance #2: Move from person to person in one direction around the table or circle. Each person gets equal non-transferrable time.

Remember that for the first few meetings every-one will be learning, and many patient rounds will yield better results than a few grasshopper jump-arounds or fast 'pedagogic' sweeps.

Guidance#3: Silence is golden.

Since each individual may be needing to delve deep inside their own self, to find their own most real and important need and to formulate that into words, there needs to be a whole lot of silences.

Guidance #4: At each step keep going round a second, third, fourth or fifth time, until each participant is satisfied with their own finding so far and with the way they have worded it.

Guidance #5: Remember: NO interrupting, interpreting, nor altering; NO competing.

Let each finish verbatimly at first.

Have the advocacy rounds.

And have one or two penultimate rounds allowing for clarification or improvement-suggestion before making the final necessarily unanimous confirmation of the findings and of the way they have been written-up on the whiteboard and in the publishable-record.

Begin the five sequential Steps of Method III :

Practical sequence of a Method III meeting:

Step 1 : Each participant submits wording or amendment to describe the Problem-Situation at first needing to be written up on a whiteboard or butcher’s-paper, and agreed by each participant before moving on. Keep going around until what your scribe has written up on the whiteboard is perfectly approved by each participant.

Step 2: Each participant suggests a solution they imagine might meet every-one’s need in the above-written situation. Once again no interrupting, no paraphrasing, no ‘improving’ the speaker’s wording.

Step 3: Go round and round, evaluating each ‘imagined’ solution; e.g. by a show of left-hand = 1 point, right-hand = 2 points, both hands = 3 points, no hands = 0 points.

Step 4: Select one of these shortlisted solutions; OR cobble-together an eclectic-solution made up of the best features from any of the solutions submitted in Step 2.

Step 5: Go round and round again, this time constructing firstly a Plan A, that will best honour and ‘win-win-win’ meet each participant’s (and absentee’s) most-important real-need. That settled, go round and round again constructing a Plan B, for what to do, for whatever could go wrong in Plan A ‘from the inside’, or sabotage it ‘from the outside’.

Further back-up (contingency) plans could be decided upon at the end of this step.

[ Our Step 6 will be the organisation, administration and actual execution on-the-ground, in every-one's real-world, of your-our plans,

i.e. the coordination of equipment and other practicalities needed on-the-ground, among-the-grass-roots, by and for each real-life as a component-part of your collective-plans ].

3) Their over-killing and extincting of renewable Earth resources, and over-destruction of non-renewable non-living Earth-resources.

4) Their repression and suppression of Human Effectivities, throughout both World-Workplaces and World-Lifeplaces, as a result of their above three Negativisations of Present Human ability and immediate human potential for individual and collective improvement and sufficiency in all things.

There can be no worse nor geno-suicidal Insanity than that of the World's Governments, Educatuion Authorities, Economic and ecological powers, Medical 7 Psychiatric Bodies, Communities-of-People, and of Religions.
